Our main production facility is located on the South Shore of Nova Scotia on Canada’s East coast.

As one of the larger suppliers in our industry, we constantly maintain inventories of all species in order to provide a stable year-round supply to our customers.
Our products are produced under the Canadian Food Inpection Agency’s Quality Management Program, which is consistent with U.S. HACCP principles. Many of our products are also approved for shipment to the E.U.

The drying of fish remains somewhat of an art as the raw materials are natural and ever-changing. We have skilled personnel managing our drying operations and we carefully monitor the quality of raw materials coming into our plant.
